Originally from Shawano, Wisconsin, Rick now lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Nicole.

Rick works closely with the W.P. Carey School of Business as adjunct faculty and Founding member of the Professional Sales and Relationship Management Initiative. He is a donor and supporting Founder at  A.T. Still University, and also participates on the Phoenix Children's Hospital - Planned Giving Board. He is a member of the The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and he and his wife are parishioners of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church.  

He is devoted to his family and enjoys professional development coaching, motivational speaking, traveling, golf and skiing.
