Rick Beyer is a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. He specializes in wealth accumulation. He received his Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Arizona State University with concentrations in Economics and Business Administration. Rick was nominated and selected to be the commencement speaker for his graduating class and continues to give back to the university through his adjunct faculty role.  He works closely with medical and legal professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners to help them plan for financial success and keep an eye on the "what if's" in life.

Prior to starting his firm, Rick Beyer was an Executive with DaimlerChrysler Commercial Vehicles. During his tenure there he was responsible for the acquisition, consolidation and corporate merger of their emergency vehicles division, American LaFrance.

Associations and Memberships

Rick Beyer is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) as well as a member of NAIFA's local Scottsdale chapter.  NAIFA's mission is to advocate for a positive legislative and regulatory environment, enhance business and professional skills, and promote the ethical conduct of our members.

Career Achievements

Rick has earned numerous awards throughout his career.  He is 1 of only 3 Financial Representatives in the state of Arizona to have received the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisor's (NAIFA) National Sales Achievement Award in 2009 and has received it every year since 2007.  He also received the National Quality Award and has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRTeach and every year since 2007.

The National Sales Achievement Award was created in 1966. The NSAA recognizes local association members who write large numbers of life and health insurance policies, thereby demonstrating their abilities in client building and their success as an insurance agent.

The National Quality Award was created in 1944. The NQA recognizes agents whose persistency records indicate competence and dedication to the insurance industry and their clients. Agents who win this award have tangible evidence signifying that the products they sell will meet clients' needs.

Founded in 1927, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) provides its members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards. Its mission is to be a valued, member-driven international network of leading insurance and investment financial services professionals who serve their clients by exemplary performance and the highest standards of ethics, knowledge, service and productivity.
